New Work

Fresh from the drawing table…

Here’s the latest material I’ve done in the last few months. I did a Wacom Tablet illustration of a Barn Owl for a personal project involving Owl Pellets, completed on 1/26/19. I just finished the B&W  version of what will be #8 in my Naturalist Numbers book, the Jumping Spider. Also, I made some Dandelion Wine over the past summer, and in November I decided to go all the way and design a label for the wine, calling it GreenTown; the title and imagery all come from the Ray Bradbury novel of the same name (you can’t quite see it, but the label on the boy’s shoe is the same as that in the book). The posters were all done for Portland Parks and Recreation between December of 2017 and June of 2018, for the 2017, 2018, and 2019 Portland Arbor Day Festivals. I did another one for them a couple of years ago, and they wanted more, so Yay!  The Flying Fish will be the main image for Number 7 of the new book I’ve been working on (slowly, when I get the time) that’s currently going under the working title of “Naturalist Numbers”. More images from that book can be seen on the link Here.
